Thank you for reserving your cleaning request with Express Home Maids! Our next step is to match you with one of our best cleaners. Once the cleaner has been scheduled, you'll receive an email that your booking is confirmed.

Arrival Window

Our cleaners will arrive within the arrival window provided by you at the time of your booking. Provided there are no unforeseen circumstances such as weather or accidents. If your cleaner is going to be late, they will let you know in advance.


We understand things happen. We allow free cancellations up to 24 hours without incurring any additional fees. Because our cleaners specifically reserve time for you, any same-day cancellations are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.

Happiness Guarantee

If for any reason you’re not happy with the service you were given. We offer a 200% satisfaction guarantee. We will send another cleaner to correct any issues with your original service until you are 100% satisfied. 

Billing & Payments

A hold will be placed onyour credit card a day before service is scheduled but you will not be charged until your services have been completed. Once billed you’ll receive an invoice immediately afterwards. (Please note that some banks will show a hold as a pending charge, but that’s just a pre-authorization hold.)
